In a week, my favorite of the FIFA World Cup tournaments will start. In 2008, ESPN360 offered webcasts of all of the games. In 2010, the service goes by ESPN3, but it’s the same deal. How did the US score all of those noontime spots?
Wonder if they’ll be showing replays of these matches. 4:30 am is quite the ask.
I think they were archived in 2008. I don’t know how long games usually stay in archive, but as with NCAAs, the final was kept the longest. I hope that is the case this year, because I am going to be on the road during that first week.
Hmm yeah, I hope so. I’m not sure what ESPN3 does although with no more World Cup there could be more of an opportunity to archive stuff.
